When you purchase or lawfully receive a Worth the Veil™ digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, access, and use that product for your own personal wedding planning and related personal purposes.
You may print reasonable copies for your own use and may share relevant portions with your partner, planner, or wedding vendors when reasonably necessary for planning your own celebration. You may not share the complete product for another person’s use.
Unless Worth the Veil™ gives prior written permission, you may not resell, redistribute, reproduce for others, upload to a shared library, publish, sublicense, modify for resale, use as a client deliverable, or otherwise exploit a digital product for commercial purposes.
Purchase of a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership. You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your files. Continued access to a download page, customer portal, or third-party delivery platform is not guaranteed indefinitely.
Prices, product descriptions, availability, and applicable purchase terms will be presented on the website or during checkout. Prices may change without notice, but a change will not affect a completed purchase. Applicable taxes, processing charges, or other fees will be disclosed when required.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.
Worth the Veil™ may correct pricing, description, or availability errors and may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary. If payment has already been collected for an order that Worth the Veil™ cancels, the amount collected for that order will be refunded.

Exceptions may be considered for duplicate charges, inaccessible or materially defective files that Worth the Veil™ cannot reasonably correct or replace, or when a refund is required by applicable law.
